Minister Leslie “Toni” Palmer is a dedicated leader representing the Military Chapter of Kappa Omega Fraternity Incorporated. She brings a strong background in military service, education, ministry, mentorship, and community outreach.
A proud veteran, Minister Palmer served more than 10 years in both the United States Army Reserves and the Louisiana State Guard. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Business and Social Sciences from Liberty University. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts with concentrations in Life Coaching and Worship Studies.
Minister Palmer has made a meaningful impact through volunteer work with organizations such as AmeriCorps, St. Bernard Project, and the Boys and Girls Club. She has mentored transitional servicemembers and at-risk young adults, helping them identify, pursue, and achieve their life goals.
Guided by her faith and belief in Jeremiah 29:11, Minister Palmer encourages others to trust in God’s plan, reminding them that with faith, purpose, and determination, all things are possible.

Bishop Naji D. Carter is committed to building and nurturing ministry within local communities and internationally through outreach in Pakistan and Kenya. His work is centered on service, discipleship, mentorship, and sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ across cultures through both virtual and in-person ministry.
Through mentoring spiritual sons, preaching internationally, and fostering meaningful relationships, Bishop Carter’s ministry reflects a heart for servant leadership, compassion, and spiritual growth. His approach emphasizes not only teaching the Word of God, but also walking alongside others with humility, dignity, and respect.
As the leader of We Are All God’s Children Liberated Ministries, Bishop Carter continues to expand opportunities for encouragement, restoration, reconciliation, and hope. His ministry seeks to create inclusive spaces where individuals can experience spiritual freedom, healing, and purpose.
His continued commitment to serving wherever God leads demonstrates spiritual endurance, cultural humility, and a genuine passion for uplifting others through the love of Christ.
