It is not by chance that you have found yourself here in the land of Kappa Omega Omicron, nor is it a coincidence that this fraternity will remain with you long after your visit. It may very well be your destiny to become a member, supporter, or community partner of “The First and Only Greek Camelot.”©
We believe in building lifelong bonds among community partners, volunteers, supporters, and members alike. We are committed to serving our communities regardless of gender, religion, age, or nationality by utilizing the God-given talents each of us possesses.
Kappa Omega Omicron Fraternity Inc. was established to fulfill a need. The need for Bruhood, brotherly bonds, and authentic fellowship among masculine-identified women and FTM (female-to-male) trans men of all nationalities. Our platform creates a space where individuals can feel safe in their skin, empowered in their identity, and celebrated for the bois and men they are.
When you enter the gates of Kappa Omega Omicron Fraternity Inc., you will witness authentic bonds rooted in AGAPE love for God, Bruh/Brotherly love for one another, and an unwavering commitment to serving the community as a whole.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide mentoring and positive images of masculine-identified women/FTMs in the community. By joining together and reaching out to those in need, we strive to provide a true bond of bruhood/brotherhood. One that cannot and will not be broken by negativity, jealousy, animosity, or hypocrisy. We are here to inspire, motivate, help, and uplift our brothers to be the very best they can be. In return, we will take this positive energy out into the community and mend the broken, love the unloved, feed the hungry, clothe the clothless, shelter the homeless, and teach the uninformed.
Vision Statement
The vision of Kappa Omega Omicron Fraternity Inc. is to provide a platform for masculine-identified women/FTMs to be viewed and accepted in a positive light as upstanding members of their community. Our vision is to be able to help the masses through programs created by Kappa Omega Omicron Fraternity Inc. (i.e., Omicron’s Helping Hands, Omitot© Christmas Tree and Toy Give-Away, and J.O.M.P.©). Helping the masses includes, but is not limited to, feeding and providing clothes for the homeless, and partnering with other community leaders, programs, and businesses to help children who are less fortunate.
The personal development of Kappa Omega Omicron Fraternity Inc. members includes the desire to be able to assist masculine-identified women/FTMs with positive, profitable jobs. Jobs in which these women will be viewed, screened, and interviewed based on their experience, knowledge, and skill sets for the job description presented to them, not on their physical appearance and/or sexuality. Jobs that will sustain them while supporting their communities

Kappa Omega Omicron Fraternity Inc. is an organization for the community, both LGBTQ and non-LGBTQ. We support our communities by providing encouragement, inspiration, understanding, and unconditional love for all.
The women and transmen of our fraternity, affectionately known as the Bois/Boys of Omicron, listen to the needs of the community, lend our voices to raise awareness, and use our hands to do the work that supports those in need.
Our organization operates with transparency, creating a safe space for other organizations to feel welcomed and empowered to collaborate with Kappa Omega Omicron Fraternity Inc. Together, we move forward with purpose to create lasting, positive change in our world.

Our Business
As a community and social service non-profit organization, our mission is to provide for those in need. Through the philanthropy of Kappa Omega Omicron Fraternity Inc., our Omicron’s Helping Hands® program has served over 2,000 homeless women, men, and children since September 2011.
Additionally, through our Omitot® Christmas Program, we have provided Christmas trees, gifts, toys, and dinner for more than 50 families since December 2009.
Short-Term Goals
We aim to raise awareness through our website and our Facebook “Fam” page. We call it our “Fam” page because we are building a family, not just fans.
Through partnerships and new joint ventures, we strive to bring hope and change to those who need it most. We are working daily to ensure there are safe havens for anyone who is bullied, regardless of gender or sexual identity. And we continue our fight to make sure no one goes hungry.
Mid & Long-Term Goals
Our future goals include expanding our network with other organizations to build stronger bonds within the LGBTQ+ community, the homeless community, and especially the disabled Veterans’ community.
Through our J.O.M.P.® — Junior Omicron Mentor Program — we are committed to bringing hope, positive energy, and a sense of security to young lives that need it most.

Our Bruhood
We, the members of Kappa Omega Omicron Fraternity Inc., understand that brotherhood is the icing on the cake. It is a blessing to be surrounded by like-minded individuals who want to give back, serve their communities, and be advocates for change, equality, and a better life.
When you become an Omicron Boi/Boy, you join a family built on love for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, respect, honesty, trust, and unconditional love.
As we mentor our Bois/Boys to become Kings, you will know that you have Bruhs/Bros for life — people who will support you without judgment.
